On December 17, 2020 took place with the participation of the head of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, Paweł Mucha, the West Pomeranian Deputy Voivode, Marek Subocz, the Vice-President of Szczecin, Krzysztof Soska, representatives of local authorities, the director of the IPN branch in Szczecin, Dr. Paweł Skubisz, anti-communist opposition activists in the People’s Republic of Poland, representatives of uniformed services and residents of Szczecin, the celebrations began in front of Szczecin Shipyard’s gate .
Szczecin Industrial Park was represented by the president of the board Marek Opowicz, and the chairman of the supervisory board Małgorzata Jacyna-Witt, who laid flowers at the plaque commemorating the victims of December ’70.
Due to the pandemic situation in the country, the celebrations were held in a limited group.
