On February 23, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting students from the West Pomeranian Maritime and Polytechnic Education Center in Szczecin. This is a unique opportunity for us to share our knowledge and experience with future welding technicians.
During the visit, our guests had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the entire technological process. The Shipyard’s employees guided them through the various stages of production, starting with the initial processing of sheet metal and profiles.
The next important stage in their journey around our facility was getting to know the steel structure prefabrication department. Here, participants had the opportunity to take a closer look at the stages of prefabrication of steel structures, which was a valuable complement to the theoretical knowledge acquired at school.
Of course, we also had to visit our Cleaning and Painting Center. This part of the visit allowed participants to better understand the final production processes and see how we care for the quality and finish of our structures.
We are extremely pleased that we could be part of the educational process of our guests. We hope that this visit was inspiring for them and allowed them to make their idea of the production process in a real production space more realistic.
